At Dio Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused candles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
