What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
At Dio Candle, we use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum scent throw.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unlit candles in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries in the near future.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the top to the edges of the jar during your first burn. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before relighting.
Are Dio Candles safe to use around pets?
Our candles are made with phthalate-free fragrances and lead-free cotton wicks. However, we always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and out of reach of pets.
